The BLUE ADDRESSES database lists rare diseases or problems for which those affected have reported to NAKOS, but for which no community self-help offer has yet been found in Germany. The keywords marked with (SE) at the end of the word are topics that are associated with rare diseases.

The care atlas is aimed at those affected, their relatives, doctors, non-medical staff and interested parties alike. The web-based information platform SE-ATLAS offers an overview of the care options for people with rare diseases in Germany.

ProRaris is the umbrella organization for patient organizations of people with a rare disease. We also support isolated patients who are not represented by any organization. ProRaris is committed to equal access to care for all. ProRaris also ensures that the implementation of the National Concept for Rare Diseases corresponds to the interests of those affected. To achieve this, ProRaris works as a key partner in the implementation of the measures and brings patient expertise to the various projects. ProRaris ensures patient participation as expressly provided for in the National Concept.
